All items are handmade and made to order to ensure the highest quality. Orders take around 2 weeks to complete (unless stated that it is ready to ship) and will be shipped immediately upon completion. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Please note that I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have any questions or concerns about your order or its shipping status, please feel free to reach out.

Make sure your order eligible for local delivery! Tucson, AZ customers only. After purchase, I will reach out to discuss delivery.
For customers within the Tucson metro area, I offer local delivery as an alternative to shipping. This option helps you avoid shipping fees and ensures a more personal touch.
Local deliveries will be scheduled and completed after order completion

For any sizing inquiries, please contact me prior to purchase to ensure a good fit. If you require any adjustments or repairs, please reach out to me directly.
I offer free repairs for life, ensuring that your item remains in top condition for years to come. If you ever need a repair, simply contact me, and I’ll handle it at no cost to you.
✧Customs✧
For custom orders, please use my contact page to submit your request. Include the following details:
-Description
Describe what you want, including inspirations and references. Anything that helps me understand your vision is useful.
-Budget
Provide a price range or estimate of what you can afford. While material costs and time commitments are factors, I strive to be flexible based on your budget. You can review previous items I've made to get an idea of my pricing.
-Deadline
Specify any deadlines you have in mind. Depending on when you contact me and the time required to finalize payment, meeting your deadline might not always be feasible. I will do my best to accommodate it and will be transparent about what I can realistically achieve.
Once I receive your initial message, I will respond as soon as possible with any questions or confirmations. I will then send an invoice, either for the full amount or as a deposit for larger orders.
-Deposits and Invoices
Invoices must be paid before I start working on your order. The deposit becomes nonrefundable in the following cases:
- Materials have already been ordered.
- Work has already begun (including time, labor, and materials used).
- You cancel after the item has been completed according to agreed specifications.
- Changes and suggestions are welcome within reason at any stage, and I will typically update you and request feedback on progress.
If you cancel after the item is completed to the agreed specifications or after several requested alterations, the deposit will not be refunded.
